Mrs. Flock’s class went on a field trip to the Making Strides Foundation in Jeannette, PA. Our little Vikings made treats for the horses; took turns feeding the horses; did some horseback riding; and played interactive therapeutic games.
The Making Strides Foundation provides outpatient occupational, physical, and speech therapies with the use of therapeutic horses. Mrs. Flock’s students absolutely loved their field trip and can’t wait to visit again!
