Title IX Information
It is the policy of the Mount Pleasant Area School District to ensure an equal opportunity in admissions, employment and programs, services, and activities without any consideration of an individual’s race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, veteran status, genetic information, and/or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. The Mount Pleasant Area School District also declares it to be the policy of the District to comply with federal law and regulations under Title IX prohibiting sexual harassment, which is a form of unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex.
